SBA Rep. Richard Neal announces a $9 million closed venue grant for Big E

West Springfield-On Monday, U.S. Representative Richard E. Neal, the Eastern State Fair and the U.S. Small Business Administration announced that Big E has received $9 million in funding from the Federal Shutdown Operator Grant Program.

"Knowing that they will eventually accept what we call the trampoline effect," Neal said at a media event in the playground's gym. "They will hit it and bounce back immediately."
