The thing about autumn is that the cold will hit you quietly. I mean, everyone wants it to be cold in winter. We buy all the equipment just to prepare. We wear gloves, mittens and hats before going out, so this will not impact the system.

But it always feels cold on the first day of fall below 60 degrees. do you understand me?

Does anyone feel that Jersey suddenly became 10 degrees colder after November 1st? If you hate the cold as much as I do, then outdoor activities will become more and more difficult.

Fortunately for us in New Jersey, there are many ways to make you sweat in it, which is much more fun than running on a treadmill. There are six options:

Rock climbing is a great way to build muscles and strength while training the brain. If you are new to rock climbing, check out Diamond Rock in East Hanover. The wall height of this facility is 20-33 feet and is a good entry point for climbing.

If you are more advanced and want to use your power for skills, Northvale's High Exposure can meet your needs. From Rubik's cube climbing tower to swings, slides and rope ladders, this place will be a challenge.

If you want to skip climbing and learn ropes and protective ropes, Randolph Rock Climbing Center is your best choice. Courses are provided for children and adults.

Bowling is always a fun way to test your arm strength and goals. Another advantage of bowling alleys is that they are all over New Jersey. Find the alley closest to you on the map, make some friends and start the game. This is one of the things, such as riding a bicycle, even if you haven't done it in years, you can still be good at it.

When the trampoline park first opened, I found myself in heaven. On the surface, I went there so that my children could play, but before I realized it, I liked it better than them. I quickly gathered to the one closest to me, and within a few minutes of jumping, I was sweating. The trampoline park now also includes activities such as basketball and dodgeball, which is an interesting test of accuracy and balance on the trampoline.

Some famous trampoline parks include Altitude, Get Air, Flight Fit n Fun, Rebounderz and Sky Zone, all of which have multiple locations in New Jersey.

Guide your inner Muhammad Ali and try boxing! I haven't done this yet, but I am also very painful.

Many people I know finally learned how to boxing after years of dreams. There are a large number of registered American boxing gyms in New Jersey where you can take classes and master the art of self-defense.

Here is a complete list of these gyms.

I can't say that I was attracted to this sport, but my family likes fencing and they say this is the biggest sprint.

Fencing looks simpler than it actually is, but it is a sport that tests both the mind and the body.

New Jersey is full of places where you can practice and take classes.

To name a few, the Atlantic Fencing Club in Tinton Falls, The V Fencing Club in Livingston, and the Premier Fencing Club in Monmouth Junction.

I have to save the best for the last. If you are one of those people who have always wondered what all the fuss is about pickleball, there are many places you can try this fall and continue to play indoors throughout the winter.

Pickleball is a combination of table tennis, tennis and badminton. It can be played on a court the size of an indoor or outdoor doubles badminton court.

So many New Jersey tennis clubs have either added kimchi courts or lined their tennis courts to adapt to the kimchi court form (it only requires one-fifth of the area required for tennis).

Try the Little Silver Racket Club or Colts Neck Racquet Club in Monmouth County. A good choice in North Jersey is Great Horizons, which is part of the Morris School District. For only $55, you can get four teaching courses.
