KALAMZOO, MI-- Summer is in full swing. With schools still on break, and summer’s end beginning to come into view, everyone is looking to make the most of the season.

There is no end to the things to do in and around the Kalamazoo area with friends and family. There’s always a trip to Lake Michigan. Or relaxing in the shade at a local park or strolling the Kalamazoo River Valley Trail. Splash pads, like the one that just opened at LaCrone Park in Kalamazoo, are a great way to beat the summer heat.
