Sky Zone Everett will celebrate its 10th anniversary on Saturday and plans to host a number of special events at the indoor trampoline park on Norman Street.

The event will start at 2 pm and includes free gifts, free pizza from Nana's Pizza and baked goods from Continental Bakery. Mayor Carlo DeMaria has been invited as a special guest.

Casey McLear, the company’s chief operating officer overseeing the three parks in Sky Zone, Massachusetts, said that he and the Everett office staff were happy to make the park a year after the pandemic forced the facility to close from March. Resume full operation from 2020 to March 2021.

"We are very happy to welcome the return of friends, family and the Everett community," McClell said. "We welcome them back with new attractions that excite us very much."

Sky Zone Everett added a Ninja Warrior course and a Bungie course designed for people of all ages.

"These attractions add to the active and interesting products we have had over the years," McCrell said. "We held a lot of birthdays and special occasions, and saw a lot of smiling faces."

Freestyle jumping, dodgeball and fitness programs also attracted a large number of participants to the spacious facilities.

"We opened a specific toddler zone, which we call Junior Jump Zone," McLear said. "Many of our attractions have been shrunk and are suitable for those who have just learned how to jump and bounce with us, so it includes a small trampoline area, a small foam pit, a small rock climbing area and an indoor rock climbing children's space."

Sky Zone’s Glow program attracts a large crowd on Friday and Saturday nights. "We turned on the black lights and there were DJs, everyone was wearing fluorescent shirts, illuminating them under fluorescent lights," McClell said. "It just adds a different feel to this space, it's very popular."

Sky Zone will celebrate several milestones in Saturday’s event.

"In the past 10 years, we have 900,000 jump shots, which is pretty amazing," McClell said. "We are one of the earliest trampoline parks on the East Coast. We were welcomed by the city of Everett with open arms. This is the new era of Sky Zone. Without the support of the community, we could not do it. We are grateful that we are here. Everett’s 10 years."

O'Neill will be recognized for ten years in service

Everett resident Colleen O'Neill will be recognized as a Sky Zone team member for 10 years on Saturday. Since the opening of Sky Zone, O'Neill has been working for the company.

"Colleen has been with us from the beginning," McClell said. "Before we opened in 2011, she was one of the first employees hired. Colleen continues to grow with us in various roles, and we are also happy to celebrate her 10th anniversary."

O'Neill is currently the business manager of Sky Zone.

Casey McLear also announced that Sky Zone will commemorate its 10th anniversary and upcoming holidays through annual ticket sales.

People will be able to purchase passes for $129, which will allow individuals to use the facility every day of the year.
