ANN ARBOR, MI -- Launch Trampoline has officially jumped into Ann Arbor, opening in mid-December with dodgeball and trampoline courts.

The Ann Arbor location at 800 Eisenhower Pkwy is one of two recently opened Michigan locations, with the other located in Novi at 44255 West 12 Mile Rd. The two newest locations brings the total number of Michigan Launch locations to six, with 29 locations across the country.

Launch Ann Arbor is situated in what was previously a 22,000-square-foot AirTime Trampoline & Game Park. It is in the process of becoming a “full family entertainment center,” the company said, and will eventually feature an arcade, ninja course, battle pit and Krave Restaurant with pizza, salad and ice cream. The center will also offer private birthday parties.

“Launching our fourth corporate location helps to expand our footprint in the Midwest specifically in Michigan,” said Rob Arnold, Launch co-founder and CEO, in a statement. “I’ve always admired AirTime’s commitment to the family entertainment industry and the Ann Arbor community. This acquisition will not only provide strategic advantages to our franchise, but it will also bring innovative and exhilarating experiences for the local communities we are ready to serve.”

The Novi location will have an open jump area, an agility course, dodgeball and an “XP Area,” which is an agility course combined with a point-based scoring system, according to previous reporting.

The first 100 guests at the location’s upcoming grand opening celebration will jump free for a year, Launch said. The details of the celebration have not yet been announced.

Tickets for Launch Ann Arbor cost between $12 and $25, with special hours and programming offered for teens, toddlers and those with special needs. Launch is open from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, 4 to 9 p.m. on Friday, noon to 9 p.m. on Saturday and noon to 7 p.m. on Sunday. Find the location online or by phone at 734-423-8718
