Sarah Nicole Landry is on a mission to break the stigma.

On Monday, the Canadian influencer, also known as The Birds Papaya, took to Instagram to share a body positive and self-love message about embracing shameful feelings with her 2.2 million followers.

In the video, the Guelph, Ont.-native filmed herself in two underwear sets by Knix — one black and the other beige. She cradled her postpartum belly and touched her stretch marks to highlight how normal these things are for the human body.

In the clip, the mother-of-four performed a voice over to draw attention to "common experiences" that have been deemed embarrassing by the media.

"So many normal and common experiences have been made to feel shameful. Like watching a TV show filled with blood and yet the commercial for a menstrual product is using this strange blue liquid," she began. "It's seeing dad bods celebrated and mom bods shamed."

The influencer went on to explain that although you may have experienced something "shameful," that doesn't mean you are not capable.

"It's learning that you need leak proof products and pelvic floor therapy only because you jumped on a trampoline once with your kids and peed your pants," Landry added. "It's seeing endless images of small underwear and yet the supportive ones are mocked and made fun of and called granny panties. And acknowledging and saying out loud that we leak and anything they can do, we can do leaking."

In the caption, the "Papaya Podcast" host urged followers to push past discomfort in order to "find support."

"Anything they can do we can do leaking. Shame lives in the darkness. It thrives in the unseen and unspoken. So let’s bring some things to light," she said. "I know we are uncomfortable talking about it. Blood, pee, leaks. But, how will we find support if we don’t talk about it? I’ve been wearing leakproof undies, comfortable bras underwear because in the end decided for me: supported is best."

In the comments, fans were quick to praise the social media star for opening up about such an important yet often taboo topic.

"I'm obsessed with you and this message! Mamas deserve to feel supported no matter what stage of healing," commented a follower.

"Absolutely! When I first got my ostomy, I was embarrassed for needing high rise full coverage underwear. My mindset quickly shifted after needing a hernia repair surgery because I wasn’t supporting the one thing keeping me alive. Now I’ll never look back and I’m proud to wear the underwear I do!" shared someone else.

"Gosh do I ever love you Sarah! She always seems to hit the nail right on the head, doesn’t she!? Thanks for being our voice on so many topics and issues," a fan told Landry.
