This facility opened in the former Old Dutch Mustard factory by the choreographer Elizabeth Streb is part art project, part community space, part extreme gym, and totally Brooklyn. STREB combines aerobics, gymnastics and circus stunts. When youngsters aren't soaring on the trapeze or bouncing on trampolines, they have the option to register for summer camps, enjoy birthday parties and watch some of the performers show their stuff.

Sky Zone is a major player in the trampoline park scene, with five locations within an hour's drive of NYC (depending on traffic). These enormous trampoline parks help you to defy gravity! Freestyle jumps let visitors rule the trampoline, while the Foam Zone is for youngsters waiting to jump into its multi-colored foam squares. Crank the fun up a notch with trampoline dodgeball! Tiny tots ages 5 and under can get bouncy during Toddler Time. There's something for everyone at these massive venues!

Have you heard what the buzz is all about? Billy Beez—which has locations across the U.S.—offers children the chance to go down slides, play in a ball arena, jump on trampolines (at select venues), try their hand at different sports and refuel on treats when all is said and done. This is an ideal spot for youngsters who have a lot of energy to unleash but aren't quite ready for high-stakes action.

Trampoline courts, dodgeball, basketball, tumble zones, battle pits: Launch Trampoline Park will keep the little ones occupied. There's an arcade for more sure-footed fun, and a cafeteria with pizza, ice cream and other treats that let a kid be a kid.

This gym has seven trampoline activity areas for all kinds of jumping hijinks. Test your acrobatic skills on the runway, battle it out in the ultimate dodgeball arena, slam dunk like your favorite pro baller or flip and flop into a foam pit. The gym also features climbing walls and hill, ropes course, a Warrior Battle Beam and tubes obstacle course for kids ages 8 and under.

With an official basketball court-sized bounce area, the kids will certainly be flying high. They’ll try things like a bungee slingshot (exactly what it sounds like!), trampoline dodgeball, leaping or flipping into a soft foam pit (where there’s a camera to capture sweet in-air pictures!) and a “dunk zone” for basketball where they’ll feel 7 feet tall.

If the littles have ants in their pants, Bounce 'N Play is a great way for them to channel all of that pent-up energy. The inflatable jungle gyms, bounce houses, ball pits and rock climbing walls will keep them active for quite some time. But when they can't bounce as high or slide as quickly, let them recoup with a few arcade games such as Pac Man or foosball. Although it's a great place to spend an afternoon thanks to open play options, Bounc 'N Play makes for an epic birthday party destination, so start planning!

This scaled-up arcade has a bounce zone, Mission Impossible laser maze, 3D simulator and a laser tag arena with plenty of twists and turns to keep the competition on edge. The selection in the arcade includes all the latest games, and all the classics. Adrenaline junkies will get their thrills with extreme dodge pall, diving into a foam pit with buddies, learning new moves during performance trampoline classes and playing basketball...but not on a flat surface, on a trampoline, of course. Options vary and all ages are accompanied. Chelsea Piers Connecticut is a mega-complex that includes a vast Jump, Climb & Ninja Zone where you can have high-speed dodgeball games, try your hand at rock climbing, swing into cargo nets and hold ninja agility contests—or simply bounce your heart out. The original Chelsea Piers in Manhattan has a tumble gym with trampolines and other bouncy features kids love, but the scale of the Connecticut operation makes it worth the trek.

This trampoline park is best for competitive folk—grab a paddle and padded jousting stick to tackle the X-Beam (winner stays standing while the “loser” flies into a pool of foam below) or try Vertical Ops to race your friends to the top of a mountain. There’s also Rockin’ Freestyle (an area for more experienced jumpers/aerialists and the Rockin’ Dodge dodgeball zone, plus little tots 6 years and younger get their own jumpin’ time so they can enjoy the massive foam pit safely. It’s a win-win.
