LeAnn Rimes, 40, Flaunts Abs In A Cut-Out, Green Bikini IG Video

LeAnn Rimes just had the ultimate birthday celebration, filled with a week of cheery loved ones, exciting adventures, and delicious sweet treats. The entire trip looks like so. much. fun. and I can't think of a better way to celebrate the singer's 40th year.

LeAnn put her toned abs to the test in a cut-out bikini from her days on the water and during an intense jump rope workout in her recent Instagram video. Her sizzling core is just as radiant as her contagious smile. She just looks so genuinely happy!

"birthday round up 🎂 #itsmybirthday #birthdayweek#vacation #hello40," the celeb captioned the post.

Fans jumped at the opportunity to join in the bday festivities. "Happy Birthday You Shining Light!!!" one commented. "I love how much you are living it up!!! Yes!!!!!" another added. A third follower said, "💥40 looks good on ya!💥 🎉🎂🥳." Beyond true.

To keep her happy and healthy, LeAnn does a variety of workouts and incorporates balance into her diet.

First off, she gets active anytime, anywhere, as long as she has her jump rope handy. "I take a jump rope with me everywhere I go, so it’s easy to do and easy to do bodyweight workouts in my dressing room," she told Us Weekly in 2017.

This celeb seems to enjoy starting her bday with a bouncy workout. The God's Work singer previously shared a trampoline birthday workout with her Instagram followers last year.

When it comes to her diet, LeAnn is dedicated to fueling her body while incorporating balance into her meals.

"Nourishment usually looks like high-quality, healthy, whole foods, but sometimes nourishment is the cake, the chips, the pizza, and the mac and cheese," she told Women’s Health. The perfect harmony.

Typically, LeAnn starts her day with Kimberly Snyder’s Glowing Green Smoothie which includes spinach, celery, apples, pears, parsley, and other fruits and veggies.

For lunch, she's a big fan of the previous night's leftovers.

"Our leftovers range from mushroom and poblano tacos in almond flour tortillas, to smoky white bean and greens soup, to a delicious chicken and veggie stir fry," she told WH.

LeAnn's go-to dinner often includes a bowl with a cauliflower base and protein, such as marinated and baked tempeh or grilled chicken. She then adds in a ton of greens on top, she explained.

She also added, "My hubby and I usually enjoy a glass of wine with dinner too," when speaking to WH. What a perfect end to the day.
