Q1:If I do not like the design and color, can you change it?
A: Sure, we have designing team and modify the color and design until they meet your satisfaction and produce according to the designed style
Q2: What is your delivery time?
A: It is based on the quantity your order. But normally, our production time is 7-15 working days.
Q3. What's your payment term ?
A: Our normal payment term is 30% as deposit, balance before loading by T/T.
Q4: Does your products has any certifcate ?
A: Yes, our products comply with EU standard. We have CCC, SGS, ISO certificate.
Q5: What's the warranty for the outdoor playground?
A: Usually we would note the warranty for 1 year. While the life expectancy could be longer time under good maintenance.
